- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process a refund.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.
- Products returned after the 15-day refund window.
- Any items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
